Welcome to Aletheia’s documentation!
Aletheia is an accurate and robust Python emulator for the non-linear matter power spectrum, trained on the AletheiaEmu suite of N-body simulations. The design of Aletheia is based on the evolution mapping framework, which allows it to cover a wide cosmology parameter space at continuous redshifts up to \(z \approx 4\).
Aletheia (Ἀλήθεια), in ancient Greek, means truth or unconcealment. In mythology, she was the personification of Truth.
This documentation provides installation instructions, a quick-start guide, and a full API reference for the code.
This emulator is presented in the paper: Sánchez et al. (The Aletheia Team), 2025, MNRAS submitted
Note
This is the documentation for version 0.1.0. The code is publicly available on the MPCDF GitLab instance: https://gitlab.mpcdf.mpg.de/arielsan/aletheia
